Of all the Electronic Notes Systems I have tried in the past - Better Notes is my favorite.  Its layout is simple and more intuitive making it very easy to use. You can customize everything to be exactly how you want it.  I found the other systems too complicated and hard to navigate.  Tech support for Better Notes is amazing as well. The Better System team is always available to take your call.  I know I will never try another Notes system again.  Thanks for making my life easier.

Truly amazing is the best way to describe the Better System for Windows software program! I have been using computers in my busy clinic for over 25 years and have experienced first hand the evolution of software for Chiropractic facilities during that time.  I am now in my 14th year using the Better System software.  When the new Windows version was first released I was reluctant to change since the DOS version had performed exceptionally well for so many years.  However, since upgrading to the Better System for Windows I have been extremely impressed with the incredible benefits to both our clinic and our patients, created by the superior technology in the Windows version.

The appointment book is the "control panel" for all activities within our clinic.  Only the Better System provides the technology to manage the Doctor's time, and the patient's time and finances, with tremendous efficiency due to its graphical appointment sheet format and tight integration between patient appointments and their accounting.  The customizable appointment sheet is extremely versatile and powerful, enabling us to not only process patients more efficiently, but to schedule them more effectively.  The beneficial outcome is an increased focus on quality patient care and education!

My team loves the fact that the program is extremely easy to use and learn, very fast (a few mouse clicks to process a patient visit), and allows them to run a virtually paperless front desk. The report generation and export capabilities are phenomenal, providing accurate instantaneous feedback on the clinical and financial performance of the practice, and access to crucial patient data for analysis. Support is extraordinary but rarely needed due to the stability of the program and user-friendly design.  I appreciate the regular upgrades to the program that continue to refine and enhance an already GREAT program! In summary, the Better System for Windows really doesn't cost anything, because it pays for itself over and over.  

We had the benefit of "The Better System" for more than 10 years in practice.  It allowed us to easily see high numbers of patients in a multi-doctor office. You think of a question, The Better System has the answer.  Too many offices have complicated procedures.... this will simplify your life but will fulfill all your office needs.  We couldn't have managed our continual growth without it.

Power and flexibility are the two most important aspects that distinguish good programs from bad ones, but they can also be mutually exclusive. I, along with a group of other chiropractors, looked at about seven different chiropractic software programs, and none of these packages balances these two factors as well as "The Better System". This program has improved our office efficiency allowing us to see more patients, without increasing office stress. I highly recommend "The Better System".
