To set up HST rates:

1. Click on the setup menu, then choose HST Rate
2. Make sure to set PST to 0!
3. Set HST to the appropriate rate

...and that's it!

You'll still be able to see PST, and GST under the HST heading, on reports for the purpose of viewing past information. Your GST and HST totals will be lumped together for easy remittance to Revenue Canada.
