To perform a regular backup:

1) From the desktop or Start menu, open Computer/My Computer

2) Double click to open Local (C:) Drive

3) Right-click the wchiro folder and select Send To

4) In the sub-menu, select Removable Device (or the name of your particular device)

5) The first time, you should immediately see a 'Copying...' progress screen; alternatively for a CD/DVD you will be prompted to burn the files to disc.

On subsequent copies you will be prompted whether to overwrite wchiro. Ensure you are copying onto the same removable device and if so select 'Yes' or 'Copy and Replace' (with the check to 'do this for all') as applicable.

For a quick backup before updating

Open Computer/My Computer

Double click Local(C:)Drive

Right click and select new then folder

New Folder will appear (rename if desired)

Right Click the wchiro Folder and select Copy

Click the Back button to return to C:

Double click to open the New Folder

Right Click and select Paste

You should see a progress screen

When done a wchiro folder should be visible
